From Beethoven to Broadway

Saturday, June 20th, Beethoven to Broadway, includes works from Beethoven, Rachmaninov, Ravel and Bernstein.  Alexander Ullman's mastery is unleased wth Beethoven's Waldstein's Sonata No.21.  You will then be dazzled with two extraordinary pianists, David Jalbert and Wonny Song, in Rachmaninov's Suite No.2.  After intermission you will be delighted with Ravel's celebrated Mother Goose Suite.  Finally, prepare yourself for the explosive Festival premiere performance of Leonard Bernstein’s Broadway hit West Side Story in an original version for two pianists (Song & Jalbert) and two percussionists.  You have never heard this before!
