Ode to Joy

World premiere arrangement! Works by Mendelssohn and Schubert culminating in a world-premiere experience – a new arrangement of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony finale, in Franz Liszt’s two-piano arrangement, with pianists Illia Ovcharenko and Philip Chiu, featuring exceptional singers Odile Portugais, Jeanne Ireland, Mathew Cairns, and Colin Mackay, the Barbican Quartet, and Hugues Tremblay, timpani.
